2. Our Services
Stardust Booths provides luxury photo booth experiences for weddings, private events, corporate functions, brand activations, and social celebrations throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
Service availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation.
3. Booking & Reservations
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

Receipt of the required deposit (if applicable)

Written confirmation from Stardust Booths

Acceptance of the booking agreement when required
Event dates cannot be guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed.
4. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Custom packages, travel fees, additional hours, and optional enhancements may incur additional charges.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:

A deposit may be required to reserve your event date.

The remaining balance is due before the event.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Any applicable deposits or payments will follow the cancellation policy outlined in your booking agreement.
7. Venue Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue provides:

Adequate operating space

Safe access for setup and removal

Standard electrical power
-
Permission for our equipment when required
Failure to provide suitable conditions may affect our ability to perform the service.
8. Equipment & Operation
All Stardust Booths equipment remains our property.
Guests are expected to treat all equipment respectfully.
The client may be responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, vandalism, or intentional abuse during the rental period.
9. Photography & Digital Content
Guests are responsible for the content of photographs they choose to take.
Stardust Booths reserves the right to refuse service if equipment is used in an unsafe, illegal, offensive, or inappropriate manner.
